About me
I’m glad you’re here because I know finding a therapist is not always easy! Whether you’re navigating a major life event or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable, my goal is to make this process approachable and collaborative. I offer a warm, empathetic, and supportive space to meet you where you are at. I work with anxiety, anger, grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and addictive behaviors. My role is to know when to support, when to challenge, ask thoughtful questions, reflect patterns, and provide tools to help you move toward meaningful change—while honoring your unique lived experience.
Within these areas of focus, I use an integrative approach focused on empowering you while providing a non-judgmental and empathetic environment. My theoretical orientation is rooted in a person-centered structure that incorporates techniques from narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, IFS, holistic healing and multicultural psychotherapy.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. If you have questions about the above modalities or anything in general about this process, I am happy to discuss in our 15 minute free consultation call. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin, you just have to reach out, show up and I will help with the rest!
